Shipping & Exchange Policy

At ZAVIRAA, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and promptly. Whether it’s a custom pendant or an elegant Necklace, we ensure a seamless shipping experience for all our customers.

o SHIPPING

Shipping Time & Delivery:-

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time (India): Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days.

Customised Orders: May require additional 4 - 7 days for personalization.

o If your order has both personalised and non-personalised items, the order will be split, and the non-personalised items will be delivered beforehand.

Shipping Charges:-

o Free Shipping on all orders above 1999 within India.

o Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available.

Order Tracking:-

o Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Whatsapp , email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Order delivered:-

o When the order is delivered to the customer , a customer should compulsory record a proper 360 angle opening video of the parcel.

Delays & Issues:-

o We strive for timely delivery. However, delays due to weather, courier issues are beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed proactively.

o EXCHANGE:-

Return & Exchange policy:-

o Once the order is delivered to customer, it will not be returned.

o In the case of damage, if the product is delivered damaged, Contact us on Whatsapp or Call(Mo.9904442211). (Customer must record a video for proof of Delivered Product.)

o The exchange will be initiated only the product is Delivered Damaged Or contains Manufacturing Defects , Size issue .

o If exchange is approved, the Courier charges(both pickup and return) shall be paid by customer and Customer must record a video of parcel packaging for replacement.

o The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered to our warehouse.

Note :  Products will not be eligible for exchange or replacement :

>if the original Hang Tag attached to the item is Removed or Damaged in any way.

>If there is no original packaging.

>If there is no video proof.
