Return Eligibility

Customers can request return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Product received damaged
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Product unused and in original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used or damaged products
• Customized jewellery
• Products damaged due to mishandling


🎥 Parcel Opening Video (Recommended)

We recommend customers record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This helps us resolve issues faster in case of damage or incorrect product delivery.

• Refunds are processed after product inspection
• Refunds are issued via original payment method
• Refund processing time: 5-7 working days

Customers can request exchange for eligible products. Replacement is shipped after product verification.
